Ruth Project

We are so excited to celebrate the Christmas season by volunteering our time to bless and support foster families in the Elgin area! This year, we’re partnering with The Ruth Project to assemble small gift bags for foster parents, cookie and dessert bags, and sensory kits for foster children.

The Ruth Project is a non-profit organization based in Elgin, IL, with a mission to end the modern-day orphan crisis. Through donations and volunteer efforts, they provide vital resources to foster and adoptive families—helping set them up for long-term success.

In preparation for the event, we’ll be sharing an Amazon Wish List with our church family to purchase items for the gift bags and kits. Monetary donations will also be accepted for those who prefer to give financially toward these items.

This event is open to all women high school age and older, please sign up below. And if you’re a nursing mom, you’re more than welcome to bring your baby with you!
