Jordan Shoufer and her daughter, Hope, have been part of the EEFC family since mid-2025. Jordan is currently studying Social Work at Moody Bible Institute with plans to transition into Biblical Counseling. She brings a warm spirit, heart for ministry, and a strong administrative skill set to our team. We’re grateful to have her serving in the role of Office Manager and look forward to seeing how the Lord continues to use her in this vital part of our church’s mission.
